Q:  Where are you located?

A:  Austin InHouse Test Prep is located in Westlake and serves the communities within a 20 mile radius of Downtown. 

Q:  Where are classes or lessons held?

A:  Individual lessons may be held at the student's home, a library , coffee house or our Westlake office. Classes are typically held at our Westlake office but can also be held at students' homes, neighborhood clubhouses, schools, or religious institutions.

Q:  I live in Buda/Kyle/Roundrock/Pflugerville. Will you still come to my house? 

A:  If you live in an outlying community, you may arrange to meet with an InHouse tutor at a mutually convenient location (such as a coffee house, library or bookstore). 

Q:  What should I do if I need to cancel an appointment?

A:  If you need to cancel or change the time of your appointment, notice must be given by 9:00 AM the day of the appointment. Failure to give notice will result in a charge for the first hour of the appointment. 

Q:  Do you have a guarantee for your courses?

A:  If you are unsatisfied with your score, and you attended all classes and completed all homework, you may sit in on a future course at no additional charge.

Q:  How long are your classes?

A:  Our courses are typically 15 hours. The length and frequency of the classes can be tailored to meet your specific needs.

Q:  What forms of payment do you accept? When is payment due?

A:  For individual tutoring, payment by cash, check, or credit card is due at the end of each session. For classes, a $100 deposit is required before the start date to reserve a spot. Deposits may be made by check, cash or credit card.  The balance will be due on the first day of class. Payment plans may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
